On March 26th, 1987, the Air Max One, designed by Nike footwear legend Tinker Hatfield, was released to the world. More than three decades later, the Air Max brand has become the most iconic lineup of silhouettes in streetwear. Since 2014, March 26 has become a day to celebrate Air Max's place in sneaker history, and 2023 was no exception. Every major city in the world hosted an Air Max Day event, and we were lucky and honored to be asked to create artwork for Nike's Miami Air Max Day festivities.

We were tasked with designing a series of 3D generated animations that were emblematic of the Air Max Brand, meant to be a part of a large-scale art installation at the Air Max Day event. We are extremely grateful to Quesia Bermudez and Nike's Kenzy Isnady for the opportunity to work on such a storied and celebrated brand.
