Creating a cohesive aesthetic allows consumers to subscribe to a world. All of our favorite brands are the best at this — they make us feel like we exist within their universe. When a brand creates a uniform aesthetic around their product, fans consequently become invested – emotionally and financially.
We believe that when you connect all aspects of your brand – you are creating a world for people to escape from their personal realities. This is the ultimate goal as a creative, and we think we’re the best at developing that gift with you.
THE TEAM
FEDE PSEVOZNIK
co-head of creative
Born in Argentina, raised in Miami, and now living in LA with two houseplants and four outstanding parking tickets, Fede is our Co-Head of Creative. At the University of Florida, he served as Music Director for GHQ 95.3 FM and Head of A&R for indie label Swamp Records, and began his music design journey creating flyers and album art for local events and artists in Gainesville.
He moved to LA in early 2022 to embark on his mission of providing quality creative work to musical artists with Public Matter, and to eat all of the tacos. A man of simple pleasures, Fede enjoys Youtube video essays about geography, vintage zoo t-shirts, as well as people, places, and things.
SARA MARTINEZ
co-head of creative
Born and raised in San Diego, Sara passionately followed the SoCal music scene until she left for the East Coast, where she attended the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). While at RISD, Sara experimented with generative animations and 3D software to develop live visuals. That was where she discovered the relationship between music and art. This led her to intern with The Recording Academy/GRAMMYs where she art directed and designed campaigns for established musicians.
Sara is now our Co-Head of Creative with a dream of inspiring entertainers via a holistic approach to design. In her spare time, you can probably find her deep-diving on eBay, solving Rubik’s cubes, or finding some other niche hobby to hyper-fixate on.
KELLY BERGERON
head of business + client relations
After being raised in southeast Texas, and graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University, Kelly quickly left the South for the West Coast in 2017. Like her hero Hannah Montana, she is a Music Coordinator and the Head of Business and Client Relations of Public Matter by day, and doubles as a kickass recording artist by night.
Wielding a noggin full of knowledge and irreversible trauma from the entertainment industry, along with her experience fronting bands, songwriting for other artists and producing her own records; Kelly understands storytelling and how to best cultivate the fan experience. Her ever-growing love for design is just a plus as she fronts all of Public Matter’s business endeavors.
